Highland Cow Cuddles

Kristoff and Elsa are our Highland cows — long horns, shaggy coats and the calmest temperaments on the farm. You go inside the pen with them, brush them out, and spend real, unhurried time up close. We are in Upstate South Carolina, between Greenville and Clemson.

Highland cattle are a heritage breed developed for the cold, wet hills of Scotland, and that famous double coat is the reason they look the way they do. Your farm host will tell you how the breed works while you brush.

Good to know

• Ages 2 and under are free and do not count toward your guest total
• All guests complete an animal cuddling waiver before entering the pen
• Sessions are by appointment. We are at 1576 Greenville Hwy, Liberty, SC 29657 — a short drive from Clemson and Greenville, and an easy day trip from Asheville, Charlotte, Columbia and Atlanta
