Donkey River Farm Refund & Reschedule Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Our events, animal experiences, classes, camps, and private bookings have limited capacity. We schedule staff, prepare animals, purchase supplies, and reserve your spot based on confirmed bookings. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness, scheduling conflicts, changes of plans, or inability to attend.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. When enough notice is provided, we are happy to allow one reschedule per booking, subject to availability.

Please contact us at least:

Booking Type	Minimum Notice Required
Farm events, animal cuddle sessions & mini photo sessions	48 hours
Camps & multi-week classes	7 days before the start date
Birthday parties & private events	14 days before the event

Rescheduled bookings must be used within 90 days of the original booking date, unless otherwise approved by Donkey River Farm.

Requests received after the applicable deadline are not eligible for rescheduling, credits, or refunds.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals are welcome; however, your experience will still end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions when guests arrive late because other bookings may immediately follow yours.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, most event tickets and animal experience bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member.

Please contact us before the event with the name of the person attending in your place.

Weather & Farm Conditions

Donkey River Farm events are generally held rain or shine. Light rain, heat, cold, mud, or other normal outdoor conditions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Because we work with live animals and operate an outdoor farm, schedules, animals available for interaction, and specific activities may occasionally change for animal welfare, safety, weather, or operational reasons. These changes do not automatically qualify a booking for a refund.

If Donkey River Farm cancels an event or experience entirely because of severe weather, an animal emergency, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance on our end, guests will be offered either:

• Admission to a rescheduled date, or

• A Donkey River Farm credit equal to the amount paid.

Cash refunds are not provided unless Donkey River Farm determines otherwise.

Items That Are Always Final Sale

The following purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling:

• Digital downloads, curriculum, printables, and educational materials

• Gift cards and promotional certificates

• Farm Family Cuddle Passes and memberships

• Farm store purchases

• Raw milk and other perishable products

• Missed farm-store or milk pickup appointments

• Birthday party and private-event deposits

• Special-order products

• Discounted, promotional, or complimentary tickets

Gift cards, credits, and promotional certificates have no cash value and are subject to any expiration dates listed at the time of purchase.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

Deposits for birthday parties and private events are non-refundable because your date and time are removed from availability once booked.

If proper notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred one time to another available date at Donkey River Farm's discretion.

How to Request a Reschedule

Contact Donkey River Farm at 864-624-7850 with:

• Your name

• Original booking date

• Booking or event type

• The date you would like to move your reservation to

A reschedule is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Donkey River Farm.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for a class or camp, scheduling an experience, or paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Reschedule Policy.
