Junior Farm Scientist: Monthly Kids Science Box (Ages 6–12)

Preorder now: your first box ships November 1. Preorders close October 20.

Real farm science, delivered every month. Junior Farm Scientist turns your kitchen table into a lab with hands-on experiments built around life on Donkey River Farm, a working farm in South Carolina.

Every box includes:

• Supplies for 4–5 real experiments
• A full-color guide with two levels: Sprout (ages 6–8) and Seedling (ages 9–12)
• A farm friend collectible and Meet the Herd card
• A certificate to finish the month, plus field trip ideas

Coming up: Month 1, Moo-Lecules: test milk’s pH, make milk fireworks, turn curds into milk plastic and shake your own butter. Month 2, DNA Detectives: pull real DNA from a strawberry, build a 10-foot DNA ladder from nature, and solve the A2 milk mystery.

About 3–4 hours a month. A few kitchen staples, like milk and dish soap, come from home. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Adult supervision required. Contains small parts; not for children under 3.
